cara bersikap terhadap pelanggan atau konsumen


CARA MENGATASI KONSUMEN ATAU PEMBELI YANG INGINNYA MINTA DI TAMBAHIN MULU.

Namanya orang dagang kan kita tahu semuanya pengen mendapatkan untung.tapi terkadang ada nih pembeli yang biasa jajan sama kita atau pelanggan kita,terkadangpengennya minta di lebihin dari porsi biasanya,misalkan kalian dagang somay,yang beli teh bilang,bang tambahin ya bang,kalian pasti berpikir,kalau gak di kasih takut di bilang pelit nanti gak mau beli lagi sama kita,kalau di kasihin,tahu sendiri untungnya dagang somay gak banyak.

jadi kita bingung,bilang saja sambil rada bercanda,iya nanti teh atau mbak saya tambahin dan saya kasih bonus kalau saya ulang taun,hahahaha...

otomatis pelanggan kita bilang,mang kapan ulang tahunnya bang?(sambil nanya yang beli agak kesel raut mukanya)jawab saja nanti mbak /teh tanggal 30 februari,hahahaha....

kalau si pembeli iQ nya cerdas dan epet tanggap,paling bilang,mana ada bang tanggal 30 februari mah,kamu gak usah jawab,ketawa aja  hahaha...

ya iya lah mulan aja jameela bukan jamidonk...

heup ah...ntar ngamuk orangnya..
ya iyalah bulan februari mah cuman nyampe tanggal 28,kalau ada nyampe tanggal 29 mah,itu juga 4 tahun sekali,hahaha..

maksudnya kalian mengerti gak?

jadimaksudnya itu biar pelanggan kita gak merasa kecewa,malah jadi terhibur sama tingkah konyol kita.jadi si pembelinya suka dan seneng  sama kita yang dagangnya,kalau sudahsuka sama yang dagangnya,otomatis mau harganya selangit pun pasti bakalan dia beli,tapi inget suka di sini  bukan berarti dia cinta sama kita.

tapi sama yang ada dalam diri kita,kitanya juga harus bisa jaga sikap jangan cunihin(jangan genit suka tual toel) ke si pembeli,jangan juga sampai keterlaluan,nantinya yang ada pelanggan kita pada kabur dah,karena takut sama kita.

kjadi yang pertama kita jual itu adalah sikap atau atitude dalam bahasa agama islam itu ahlak yang baik kepada si pembeli,baru deh yang keduanya barang dagangan kita yang kita jual,begoonoo...

prinsip dagang kaya gini itu sama kaya prinsip dagang orang jepang bukan orang cina.

kalau prinsip dagang orang cina itu yang di utamakan adalah KEJUJURAN.Dan mengambil sedikit keuntunganyang penting ngereuyeuh(yang penting terus menerus di kerjain,kalau orang jawa bilang mah,alon-alon asal kelakon.
